Dr. Pamela S. Wrona
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
I obtained my Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology from Santa Clara University. I then obtained my Master of Arts and my Doctorate of Psychology degrees in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, with a focus on multicultural competence.
In my work, I draw upon many psychological theories and techniques, including: Solution-Focused / Brief Therapy; Humanistic Therapy; Existential Therapy; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
In addition to my work in private practice, I am also the Associate Program Director at a non-profit called Cancer Support Community, which offers psychosocial support services to people with cancer and their loved ones. In my work with Cancer Support Community I facilitate groups, offer psychoeducational workshops, and supervise doctoral-level trainees.
I am a lifelong lover of all sports, animals, and philosophical discussions. I live in the Dublin, CA area with my family, including two cats.
